HP+BJ Engagement
These two are so happy together!

Meet Heather & Brian…these two are a match made in heaven.  & they know it too!  ;)   You should read about their awesome story here.  They love the Lord & know that He has brought them together for a specific purpose. & I gotta say, I’m so glad He did!

Their wedding was over the 4th of July Weekend (you know the really hot, muggy, nasty 105 degree weekend we just had? yeah, that weekend) & i can’t wait to show you some of those photos!!

But first things first, I want to show you their fun engagement session!  We had a really fun time walking around Oak Knoll Park (one of my new favorite locations for all seasons) before a huge storm rolled in.  I love this park!  The big white stone building is the St. Louis Artist’s Guild & out behind it is a huge grassy area with loads of big trees, a path, benches, & a pretty fountain area with another neat little stone area…as you’ll see, we covered most of the park.

Don’t you love this park?!  In the fall the ground is covered with leaves & the trees are all brigh colors too…hopefully I’ll have a few sessions here this fall to show you…if not, I’ll just have to post about one I did last fall.  haha

this would be Brian dancing around Heather…no big deal.  haha

I love this one of their hands & feet!

btw, Brian wasn’t at all camera shy…

…haha such a show off.  But Heather was into it & I was getting some good laughs, so why not, right?  :)

a little flirting, some intentional pursuit, & a lot of laughter – these things to me must be a part of any strong, lasting relationship!

To finish off the session we had to play with some of the art on the property.  :)   What do you think those hugging animals are?  I think Brian said they were ant-eaters.  haha your guess is as good as mine.  But whatever they are, they made a perfect little spot for a few more snuggle pictures.  Thanks again Brian & Heather!!  This was so much fun for me & I’m so glad you were able to use them for your guest book!  Can’t wait to show off some from your wedding…soon.
